Description
The NA7200 is a using CMOS process 3 phase brushless BLDC motor pre-driver with 120° commutation. The NA7200 generates 3 phase sequence based on external hall signal input and drives power elements. It features wide operating voltage range from 6.3V to 36V, small package and wide temperature range. Therefore, it is suitable for various fan motors and electric circuit built-in small BLDC motors.
