Description
The R8300 is a CMOS-based 36-V input voltage detector. This detector is capable of accepting up to a 36-V input voltage with an absolute maximum rating of 50 V. It is a high voltage accuracy and low supply current detector that is suitable for use in voltage supervisors for car battery. It is available in the R8300xxxxA/G with the VDD pin detection and the R8300xxxxE with the SENSE pin detection. This detector is capable of setting a detector threshold in the range from 3.0 V to 12.0 V in 0.1 V steps. The detector threshold accuracy is ±1.5%. Connecting an external capacitor to the CD pin can set the release output delay time (power-on reset time). The output type is Nch open drain low output.
