No. In using Nisshinbo Micro Device RTCs, Year 2038 problem will not occur. This problem caused by UNIX environment and not relevant with Nisshinbo Micro Device RTCs.
In terms of UNIX, counting seconds has continued by using 32-bit counter since Jan. 1st, 1970, 0:00:00. Therefore, counter overflow will occur in 2038.
