What is the accuracy of the SPICE model (Macro model)?

The SPICE model (macro model) provided by Nisshinbo Micro Devices is designed to reproduce only the standard values (typ. values) of typical characteristics described in the product datasheet.
Therefore, depending on the simulation conditions, the actual measured values may differ from the simulation results.
Please use this software for simple operation verification of the circuit you have designed. Please refer to the modeling report of each product for the items (characteristics) to be modeled.
