The RIOT-001 does not start up.

RIoT Environment Sensing Board

• Check if the power-on switch (slide switch) is at the ON side.
• Check the battery voltage (voltage between the terminals of the secondary battery shown in the following figure).
• If the battery voltage of the secondary battery does not increase from around 1.6 V, turn off the switch and charge the secondary battery.
• If you cannot receive data via RIoT Monitor application, location information of the Android tablet may not be activated. Choose "Settings" and "Location," and activate "Use of location services." Then, restart RIoT Monitor application.
• If you cannot receive data via RIoT Monitor application, Google Play Protect may be activated. Choose "Settings," "Security" and "Google Play Protect." Tap the setting icon on the top right of the screen and deactivate "App scanning by Play Protect" temporarily. Then, restart RIoT Monitor application. If the reception of the data through RIoT Monitor application is performed successfully, activate "App scanning by Play Protect" again. These processes are unnecessary from next time.
