Can the control voltage be set higher than the supply voltage?

For SOI CMOS products and the products having a built-in control CMOS IC, please use them within the range of the supply voltage and the control voltage on the datasheet.
For the others (GaAs products), there is no problem to set the control voltage higher than the supply voltage if these are within the range described in the datasheet.
