Description
The R1282 Series are low supply current dual output CMOS-based PWM step-up/step-down DC/DC controllers. R1282 includes a soft start circuit, an under-voltage lockout circuit (UVLO), and a latch type protection circuit. By simply using inductors, resistors, capacitors, power MOS, and diodes, as external components, a high-efficiency step-up/step-down DC/DC converter can be easily configured. The oscillator maximum duty cycle, phase compensation, and soft start time can be set with an external resistor and capacitor.
