  • Description

    The R1280 Series are low supply current, dual output CMOS-based PWM step-up/inverting DC/DC controllers. R1280 includes a soft start circuit, an under-voltage lockout circuit (UVLO), and a latch type protection circuit. By simply using inductors, resistors, capacitors, power MOS, and diodes, as external components, a high-efficiency step-up/inverting DC/DC converter can be easily configured. R1280 comes in three versions: A and C versions with adjustable oscillator maximum duty cycle, phase compensation, and soft start time with an external capacitor and resistor, and B version with adjustable soft start time with an external capacitor and with CE pin.
