What is an inhibit function(1) of a watchdog timer? In what case, the inhibit function(1) is used?

Inhibit function(1) can enable or disable the watchdog timer function.
By disabling the watchdog timer function, avoiding unnecessary error detection in a period when clock signal monitoring is not necessary, such as before CPU start-up, during sleep period, or during debugging the program.
If inhibit function(1) is enabled, the output of the watchdog timer is released condition. The output turns to release state during the watchdog timer-disabled period.
Even if the watchdog timer detects reset condition, if the inhibit function is enabled, the watchdog timer output is released without delay.
