Description
The NA2201 is a CMOS-based digital detector IC for earth leakage current breaker with over voltage detection / DC detection. The built-in Analog to Digital converts(ADC) from an analog signal from ZCT (Zero-phase-sequence Current Transformer) to digital data, and processes digital data based on an earth leakage current detector condition. As a result of data processing, NA2201 outputs a one-shot pulse on SCRT terminal when an analog signal is judged to a leakage condition, and turns on an external thyristor. The over voltage detection function supports over voltage detection (neutral conductor open-phase production). In addition, using the same function, NA2201 receives a DC signal from the fluxgate section, checks the threshold value according to the signal level, and detects DC. The delay time can be set independently for two systems, one for earth leakage detection and the other for over voltage detection.
