Does the input voltage of NJU7108 operate at the following conditions?

+INPUT: 1.5V,
–INPUT: 0 to 3V,
V⁺ = 3V, V^- = 0V, Ta = 25°C

Comparator operates when one of the input terminals is applied within common mode input voltage range and the other input terminal is applied higher than common mode input voltage range.

(*) input voltage is within supply voltage. NJU7108 (*) operates normally when it uses at this condition.
Because, +INPUT terminal is applied within common mode input voltage range and -INPUT terminal is applied within supply voltage.
(*) common mode input voltage range of NJU7108 is 0 to 2.5V @V⁺=3V, V^-=0V, Ta=25°C
