I could not get the NF measurement value according to the datasheet. Please let us know how to resolve about this.

RF Device

In NF measurement, NF may not be evaluated accurately due to influence of uncertainty caused by various factors (mismatch, uncertainty in ENR, jitters, etc.).
The uncertainty influenced by these factors also depends on the instruments (meter, analyzer, spectrum analyzer, and network analyzer) that measure the NF.
The influencing factors of each measuring instrument are described in the instrument manual. We recommend the influence of those factors be eliminated or reduced for measurement stability.
We also suggest NF measurement block diagrams that allow to minimize the uncertainty. Please refer to the respective products datasheet.
