Are there any restrictions on the order in which the power supply voltage and the control voltage are turned on?

There are restrictions on the turned-on order in the SOI CMOS products and the products having a built-in control CMOS IC. Please refer to the datasheets to learn about turn-on and turn-off sequences.
For the others (GaAs products),  there are no restrictions on the turned-on or turned-off order of the power supply voltage and the control voltage.
