概述

RP112系列是具有 150mA 输出电流能力的CMOS LDO 稳压器。在噪声非常低的情况下，f = 1kHz 时的纹波抑制比为 80dB，f = 10kHz 时的纹波抑制比为 75dB，f = 100kHz 时的纹波抑制比为 65dB。稳压器本身产生的噪声很小，输出噪声为 TYP. 10µVrms，几乎不依赖于电压，属于低电平。 RP112 系列非常适用于对噪声敏感的射频模块等通信系统和便携式音乐播放器。封装除了有 SOT-23-5 和 SC-88A之外，还提供 1mm 方形 DFN(PL)1010-4封装。
