We conduct Quality Assurance Test (sampling inspection) every shipping lots.

External inspection is generally conducted.
Electrical characteristics inspection and short-term reliability tests are applied depending on the device type and/or quality grade.
We determine the sampling size/frequency according to the quality grade of our regulations.
It would be changed depending on its results and/or related quality situation.
