  • 概述

    RP116系列是具有 400mA 输出电流能力的CMOS LDO 稳压器。输入电压从MIN. 1.0V开始，输出电压从MIN. 0.7V开始。 输出电压高达±0.8%高精度，内置的0.55Ω（VSET = 1.5V时）低导通电阻驱动晶体管实现了低输入/输出压差。 此外，可以通过CE引脚控制信号可以使其处于待机状态。还内置有恒斜率电路，可以防止开机时的浪涌电流。

    采用的是 0.69mm方形 WLCSP-4-P7封装。 RP116Z (WLCSP-4-P7) 比 RP106Z (WLCSP-4-P5)更 薄。 (t= 0.36mm)
