概述
R1163系列是基于CMOS工艺可输出150mA的手动切换模式的LDO电压稳压器。内置防止逆流电路，即使VOUT端子上施加VDD端子以上的电压，VDD端子也几乎不会发生逆流，是最适合电路备份的产品。
通过控制ECO端子的输入，可以切换至低耗模式或快速响应模式，可以使系统运行或进入休眠模式。可以通过CE端子使其处于待机状态。还另外准备了搭载自动放电功能的版本。
