    NB7400 是一款锂离子/锂聚合物二次电池的过充电保护用IC。

    NB7400 备有高精度电压检测电路、延时电路以及外置实时时钟 (RTC) 的稳压器。

    此外，它还配备了可将电源电流减到最小的关断检测电路。
