概述
RP109系列是具有 150mA 输出电流能力的CMOS LDO 稳压器。输入电压可从 1.4V 开始，输出电压可从 0.8V 开始。 纹波抑制比低至 75 dB，并具有出色的瞬态响应特性。 输出电压精度为±1%的高精度。输出电压温度特性为±30ppm/°C，温漂小。 封装除了有 SOT-23-5、SC-88A 和 1mm 方形 DFN1010-4 之外，还备有 0.8mm 方形 DFN(PL)0808-4 封装，有助于移动设备的小型化。
