概述
RP103系列是具有 150mA输出电流能力的CMOS LDO 稳压器。消耗电流为36µA，显著低于常规产品，纹波抑制比为75dB，低噪声。 输出电压精度高达±1%的高精度，输出电压温度特性为±30ppm/°C，温漂小。
