概述
R5112系列是一款带有超低消耗电流电压检测器的电源稳压器，能输入42 V电压和输出200 mA电流。基本稳压电路之外，还内置有短路保护电路、过流保护电路和热关断电路。消费类用途产品的工作温度为-40°C ~ 105°C，工业和车载用途产品的工作温度为−40°C ~ 125°C。输入电压最大能达42 V 。输出电压系列有1.8 V、2.5 V、2.8 V、3.0 V、3.3 V、3.4 V、5.0 V产品，输出电压精度为±0.6%。检测器的检测电压精度为±0.6%。采用的是HSOP-8E封装，支持大功率。
