  • 概述

    NR1600系列是一款采用CMOS工艺、内置软启动功能和Power Good功能的低压差稳压器。

    通过外接电容器（CSS）可以调整上升时的软启动时间，所以可以更容易地限制浪涌电流和调整电压转换速率。

    此外，这款具有内置软启动和Power Good功能的 500mA 稳压器采用了 1.2mm x 1.2mm x 0.4mm 的小型封装，有助于节省系统空间。
