功能与特点
  • 概述

    NP4271是一款采用Bi-CMOS工艺的500mA输出低压差稳压器，内置有输出电压上升/下降监控检测器和看门狗定时器（WDT）。通过电压检测器可以对输出电压进行窗口检测，还可以使用 WDT 功能进行时钟监控，非常适合车载应用和其他需要高可靠性的应用。在宽范围工作条件下(VIN=VO+1V to 40V, IO=5mA to 500mA,Ta = −40℃ to 125℃)，输出电压精度实现了±2.0%。此外，也可以停止WDT时钟监控功能。
