概述

RP200 系列是具有 300mA 输出电流能力和手动/自动ECO模式切换型的CMOS LDO 稳压器。由于是自动模式切换，ECO功能的高速模式和低功耗模式这两种模式会根据输出负载自动切换。（当 IOUT > 8mA 时自动切换到高速模式，当 IOUT < 1mA 时自动切换到低功耗模式）在低功耗模式下具有 1.5µA 的低消耗电流，在高速模式下具有 70dB 纹波抑制比的低噪声。通过在AE引脚输入控制信号，也可以将模式固定为高速模式。除了采用 SOT-23-5 封装之外，还备有 1.2mm 方形 DFN(PL)1212-6封装。
