概述

RP173 系列是具有 150mA 输出电流能力的CMOS LDO 稳压器，其实现了 TYP. 2 µA 的低消耗电流，非常适合睡眠模式下的系统电源。带 CE输入引脚的 A 版本取消了 CE 上拉电阻，使消耗电流降至最低。最大输入电压为 11 V *，可用于2节锂离子电池的移动设备和移动设备以外的设备。由于内置了逆流保护电路，因此即使用作备用电路也几乎没有漏电流。除了备有 SOT-23-5 封装外，还提供1 mm 方形 DFN(PL)1010-4 封装。 *) 请检查测试条件。
