概述

RP155 系列是具有可选双电压电平输出切换功能和 200mA 输出电流能力的 LDO 稳压器。 通过VSEL 引脚，可选择两个预设输出电压中的一个。 RP155具有出色的纹波抑制比、输入瞬态响应和负载瞬态响应特性，适合用于移动通信设备的电源。 保护功能内置有短路电流限制电路、热关断电路和浪涌电流限制电路。 RP155 采用 5 引脚 WLCSP-5-P1 封装 (1.346 mm x 0.98 mm) ，可在面积有限的电路板上实现高密度实装。
