    RP150 系列是具有 300mA 输出电流能力的双通道 CMOS LDO 稳压器。RP150 的消耗电流为每通道 24µA，显着低于常规产品，并内置有 0.7Ω (VSET = 2.8V时) 低导通电阻晶体管，实现了低输入/输出压差。RP150具有出色的瞬态响应特性和80 dB低纹波抑制比。 输出电压精度高达±1%的高精度，输出电压温度特性为±30ppm/°C，温漂小。该产品是在 DFN(PL)2020-8 封装中高密度集成双通道LDO。
