    RP100 系列是具有 200mA 输出电流能力的CMOS LDO 稳压器。 RP100 的消耗电流为 18µA，远低于常规产品，并且内置有 0.87Ω（VSET = 2.8V 时）的低导通电阻晶体管，实现了低输入/输出压差。 RP100也具有出色的瞬态响应特性和 75 dB 的低纹波抑制比。 输出电压精度高达±0.6%的高精度，输出电压温度特性为±30ppm/°C，漂移小。
