概述
RN5RZ 系列是能够输出 100mA电流的 CMOS LDO 稳压器。 输入电压 (VIN)最大为8V（绝对最大额定值为 9V），输出电压 (VOUT) 可设定到 6V。 SOT-23-5 封装产品允许用户选择 CE 引脚的极性。
