    RN5RF 系列是带有外接功率晶体管的 CMOS LDO 稳压器。 通过使用外接PNP 晶体管，可以配置从几十毫安到几百毫安的低压差稳压器。（请使用 hFE 约为 100 至 300 的低饱和电压型 PNP 晶体管）

    RN5RF采用的是 SOT-23-5封装。
