概述
R8156 系列是具有 300mA 输出电流和最大可输入36V电压的车载用CMOS 稳压器。除了有基本稳压电路之外，还内置有过流保护电路、输出短路保护电路和热关断电路。输出电压精度在 Ta=25°C 时为 ±0.8%，在 -40°C 至 125°C 全温度范围内为 ±1%。 -40°C 至 125°C 的工作温度范围适合在高温环境中使用，最大输入电压高达36V，非常适合车载应用。 采用的封装为大功率 HSOP-8E封装。
