  • 概述

    R8152 系列是具有 1A 输出电流和最大可输入24V电压的车载用CMOS 稳压器。驱动器使用的是DMOS 晶体管，实现了高压工作和低导通电阻（VSET=10V 时小于0.6Ω）。除了有常规稳压器的短路限流电路之外，还有内置有热关断电路。该产品除了具有 CMOS 独有的低消耗电流之外，还有最大输入电压高达24V和宽温范围为 -40°C 至 125°C的特点 ，非常适合车载应用。
