概述
R8150 系列是具有 150mA 输出电流和最大可输入36V电压的车载用CMOS 稳压器。 除了有常规稳压器的短路限流电路之外，还内置有热关断电路。 该产品除了具有CMOS 独有的低消耗电流之外，还有最大输入电压高达36V和宽温范围为 -40°C 至 125°C的特点，非常适合车载应用。
