概述
R1516系列是基于CMOS工艺可输出 150mA，最大输入36V的电压稳压器。除了传统的电压调节器所搭载的折叠保护电路之外还内置了热敏关机电路。除了具备CMOS特有的低耗电流之外，工作温度范围还宽至-40°C至105°C，最大输入电压为36V，非常适合用于数码家电和汽车应用。与同样150mA输出的R1514系列相比，这款产品提升了负载瞬态响应。
