概述
R1513是基于CMOS工艺可输出300mA，最大输入36的电压稳压器。除了电压调节器最基本的电路之外还内置了折叠保护电路、短路电流保护电路和热敏关机电路。输出电压精度在Ta=25°C的条件下达到了±0.8%，-40°C～125°C的全温度范围内实现了±1%的超高精度。-40°C~125°C的宽泛操作温度范围可以适用于高温环境下的使用，可对应的最大输入电压高达36V，所以非常适用于数码家电、OA、FA设备等恒定电压源。采用了HSOP-6J的高瓦数封装。
