  • 概述

    R1500系列是基于CMOS工艺可输出500mA，最大输入24V的电压稳压器。由于驱动器使用了DMOS晶体管，所以实现了高耐压操作和低导通电阻（VSET=10V时0.6Ω以下）。除了传统的电压调节器搭载的折叠保护电路之外，还内置了热敏关机电路。除了CMOS特有的低耗电流之外，最大输入电压高达24V，操作温度范围宽至-40°C～105°C，非常适合车载应用。
