概述
R1191系列是基于CMOS工艺的手动模式开关16V输入电压稳压器，ECO引脚具有300mA输出。通过将控制信号输入ECO引脚，可将调节器的模式切换至低功率模式或快速响应模式，从而使系统同时具有激活和休眠模式。当VOUT高于VDD时，内置反向电流保护电路可防止电流从VOUT流向VDD。此功能使该产品非常适合于备用电路。还提供待机模式和自动放电功能。
