概述
R1173系列是基于CMOS工艺可输出1A的LDO电压稳压器。基本性能与R1172系列相同，但R1173系列负荷稳定性大幅提高。与R1172系列的不同点在于，R1173系列有两种版本：内部设置输出电压的标准版本和带有外部电阻器的可调整版本。因此，当输出电压尚未确定时，可先使用可调整版本进行生产。在确定电压后，再使用标准版本进行替换。
