概述
R1171系列是可输出1.5A的LDO电压稳压器。通过CMOS工艺，实现大输出电流与低耗电流并存。与双极型相比，输入输出电压差显著降低。可以通过CE端子使其处于待机状态。除了以往的LDO电压稳压器搭载的限制电流短路电路之外，还内置了热敏关机电路。
