概述
R1170系列是可输出800mA的LDO电压稳压器。 通过CMOS工艺提供高输出电流和低电源电流。压降电压明显低于双极性稳压器。CE端子可将调节器切换至待机模式。除了传统LDO稳压器内置的折叠保护电路外，R1170还内置了热敏关机电路。
