  • 概述

    R1161系列是基于CMOS工艺可输出200mA的ECO模式手动切换型LDO电压稳压器。通过将控制信号输入ECO端子，可将稳压器的模式切换至低耗模式或快速响应模式，可以使系统运行和进入休眠模式。还可通过CE端子将稳压器切换至待机模式。此功能有助于延长电池寿命。
