概述
R1155系列是基于CMOS工艺可最大输出150mA，最大输入24V的电压稳压器。除了有内部固定输出电压的B版本外，还准备了可以通过外部电阻器调整输出电压的C版本。低耗模式下的瞬态响应很好，除了以往的电压调节器所搭载的限制电流短路的电路、热敏关机电路之外，还内置了防逆流电路。输入电压高达MAX.24V，工作温度范围宽至-40°C～105°C，数码家电等设备也可使用。
