概述
R1154系列是基于CMOS工艺可最大输出150mA，最大输入24V的电压稳压器。(2.5V≤VSET≤2.9V时140mA） 除了有内部固定输出电压的B版本外，还准备了可以通过外部电阻器调整输出电压的C版本。除了以往电压调节器搭载的限制电流短路的电路之外，还内置了热敏关机电路。此外，R1154具有高达24V的输入电压和宽至-40°C至105°C的工作范围，数码家电等设备也可使用。
