概述
R1150系列是基于CMOS工艺可最大输出90mA~150mA，最大输入24V的电压稳压器。带有内置电压检测器的R1150有四种版本。这些版本之间的差异在于CE端子、检测位置和输出延迟时间的不同。R1150的输入电压最高可达24V，数码家电等设备也可使用。
