概述
R1111系列是基于CMOS工艺的LDO电压稳压器，可输出150mA。(1.5V≤ VSET≤ 1.7V时，100mA） 最大输入电压高达8V，这使得该产品非常适合用于各种设备的电源，包括手持式通信设备。可以选择CE端子的极性。另外还准备了端子配置不同的R1121系列。
