概述
NJW4250 是一款具有45v耐压、IOUT = 50mA的电压跟踪器。跟踪电压可在2.5V至36v的范围内设定，并且在整个工作温度范围内实现了±5mV的精度。因为其具有高精度的电压跟踪,以及内置有热关断和过流保护功能，非常适合车载设备里，控制板之外区域(Off-board)的传感器等要求高可靠性的应用。 NJW4250具有40μA的低消耗电流和采用了SOT-23-5小型封装，有助于降低系统功耗并节省空间。
