    NJU7202系列是高输出电流的C-MOS、3端正电压稳压器，它包含内部精确电压基准、误差放大器、控制晶体管、输出电压设置用的电阻器和电流短路保护电路。输出电压由内部电路固定，该系列具有以下不同输出电压版本的阵形可供选择。电流短路保护电路防止因短路输出大电流而损坏元件。由于采用低工作电流和低压差，NJU7202系列适用于使用电池工作的产品和使用电池备份的系统。
