  • 概述

    NJM2839是采用双极工艺实现了低噪声、高精度、高纹波抑制率等特性的正负2输出低压差稳压器。负电源输出考虑到输出电压顺序，内置了软启动功能、输出分流开关。采用VSP8封装、输出电流100mA(正负2ch)、小型1µF陶瓷电容器，适用于CCD电源等应用。
