What is the output signal when voltage that is outside the common mode input voltage range (V_ICM) is applied to input pin of NJM2903C.

There are two patterns.

(1) When +INPUT is within the V_ICM and -INPUT is outside the V_ICM, Output is "L".
(2) When +INPUT is outside the V_ICM and -INPUT is within the V_ICM, Output is "H".

Inputs outside the common-mode input voltage range are not guaranteed operation.
