When using the NJU77701 as a voltage follower, there is a possibility that sufficient phase margin cannot be secured and the circuit may become unstable. From the example of Gain/Phase vs. Frequency characteristics, it can be seen that the phase margin is less than 30deg when CL=20pF and that the phase margin is approximately 0deg when CL=100pF.
Therefore, it is recommended to use this product in a circuit with a circuit gain of 5 times or more.
